Astro - Providing Solutions for the Digital Migration
Transport Stream Decoding:
Astro provide an new range of carrier class IP Streamers allowing operators to decode entire
transport streams for IP forwarding.
With 4 CI slots per module, and modules for streaming DTH, DTT and IP amonst others, they
provide a cost effective solution for Hotels, Broadcasters and companies working with Media.
Each U-100 Chassis can accept 3 modules providing for a flexible cost effective solution.

The U100-230
The U100 is the base chassis for the streaming platform. Features include: • power and signal supply for up to 3 modules of the U 100 series • can carry up to 3 modules of the U 100 series • output signals are seperately led out via F-jacks • optional redundant power supply available • status indication for signal converters and power supply units • horizontal air flow allows compact installation • 230 V version
