EZ TV IPTV System is an advanced solution that empowers organizations to deliver
live, on-demand and recorded video over their IP networks.
Optibase EZ TV allows military units, government agencies, enterprises, and
educational institutions to deliver real-time and recorded video over their LANs and
WANs. Using EZ TV Web Portal, administrators can create and manage video assets and distribute them effectively across the network. EZ TV System user
groups and access privileges can be easily defined based on existing Microsoft Active Directory groups.
The browser-based EZ TV Player uses the most flexible digital video codec to offer CPU-efficient high quality playback of IPTV streams. With powerful features
such as user-selected mosaic views of 1, 2, 4, 9 or 16 concurrent video feeds, de-interlacing engine for smooth viewing of high motion content, closed captioning
and support for multiple audio tracks, EZ TV Player packs professional grade decoding capabilities in thin client architecture. EZ TV Player supports low latency
smooth playback, powered by TurboVideo™ technology. Its decryption engine enables secure delivery of Optibase MGW-encrypted streams with AES-256/128-bit
encryption.
With the EZ TV VOD/NDVR Server, administrators can easily upload pre-recorded content for on-demand playback by users. Live channels can be recorded
automatically at scheduled times or archived continuously and accessed by users at any time. In addition, authorized users may record channels for their own
private use. The advanced recording engine automatically detects and tags duplicate requests to record content, optimizing storage space and eliminating data
redundancy.
For conference rooms and executive offices, EZ TV STB Module integrates commercial IP set-top-boxes into the EZ TV eco-system, allowing users to view content
on their HD or SD TV monitors. A powerful middleware graphical interface makes it easy to view live and on-demand content.

Encoders
Optibase Media Gateway, MGW, products are professional MPEG Encoders. MGW’s
can stream High Definition and Standard Definition MPEG-4 AVC, H.264, MPEG-2 and
MPEG 1 video on many types of networks. The MGW product line pushes encoded
video quality to new levels of excellence by delivering exceptional encoding efficiency
over a wide range of bit rates, supporting various applications.
Using the MGW Platforms, organizations can encode and stream any number and
type of video sources, in real-time to PC and TV Viewers. These advanced platforms
are the ideal solution for military, government and education facilities, or any operator
seeking to deliver crisp, vibrant, superior video.

Decoders
MGW Decoder - Multi-Channel IP Stream Decoder
The MGW Decoder is a multi-channel IP decoder for High definition and Standard
definition MPEG-1, MPEG-2 and MPEG-4 H.264 streams.
The MGW Decoder is the perfect solution for taking High definition and Standard
definition IP content into local legacy RF cable systems or to display IP video on
monitor. Use the dense, 8-port analog SD or 12-port digital HD/SD, rack-mountable
platforms to process your video sources while content providers migrate from
MPEG-1 and MPEG-2 to MPEG-4 H.264 content.
With the fast adoption of MPEG-4 H.264, content providers are starting to transition MPEG-2 uplink facilities to the new, highly efficient compression format. The
use of H.264 IP streams for content delivery over DVB/ASI satellite mediums as well as fiber pipes allows content providers, TV networks and dedicated satellite
services such as the GBS network to reduce bandwidth costs and serve more content in the existing bandwidth.
The Optibase MGW Decoder is the optimal solution that combines advanced decoding in a modular, dense design allowing IPTV operators to easily support the
transition to H.264 HD and SD IP content.

MGW Transcoder
Full-Motion-Video HD/SD Transcoder for Government and Military
Optibase MGW Transcoder is a multi-stream, hardware-based transcoding platform for
bandwidth efficient dissemination of Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (ISR)
video feeds. Designed for mission-critical video, Optibase MGW Transcoder processes high
definition and standard definition FMV streams in low delay while retaining valuable metadata
intact.
The high-density MGW Transcoder system intercepts live streams from the network and transcodes them to a variety of resolutions, data-rates and MPEG formats.
Together with advanced features such as built-in down-scaling and secondary stream, Optibase MGW Transcoder optimizes picture quality and network bandwidth
